SNS, Europe story helps but does not solve their problem. Not knowing how the deal is structured I can only say that based on the numbers being stated, the revenue should cover 1 quarter of Delcaths operating expenses each year.
Dilution is what concerns me at the moment... With warrants outstanding equivalent to 75.1m common and 85 Preferred Shares convertible to 1.4m common... that is still a lot of shares to come on the market. And with the filing that came into effect on 12/21, those shares can come on the market whenever they are ready.
The other thing that concerns me is the lack of regular "Institutional" investors. These "Offshore" groups that are currently keeping Delcath afloat do not inspire confidence... sharks waiting to feed in my book.
Can only hope your prediction of a significant June 2019 pans out.
