RCPIQ is BANKRUPT! They filed for Chapter 7 - automatic liquidation. The stock is not a shell. The common shares WILL be cancelled at the conclusion of the bankruptcy.

All the assets are GONE. There is nothing left. The stock is worthless and will never have value of any kind.
