I agree "creating your own games/apps takes a tremendous amount of money" Perhaps thats the way to go. But, I would suggest another rout. Concentrate on all of the other companies here in US and then ,if not in financial conflict with US effort go after world wide infringers. Possably even invest in our own in house legal teams.
