That's not news. It's a filing. Also it says TCA Global which is one of the worst toxic noteholders in the OTC.

The company just sold its soul to the devil giving away all of the company's assets.

The repayment of the Debenture is secured by a first position security interest in substantially all of the Company’s assets in favor of TCA.
