Doesn't matter how long they've been going on. LD$R was dead at .0001 for 9 years. Then last February out of nowhere ran to .0266.

But when people start buying like yesterday, it may mean something. It doesn't matter what business was before, this has a chance to run atleast into double zeros imo.
