They are investors in Woodbrook Group that is all. That is so old from well over 5 1/2 years ago and it has been rehashed here for many months! He got a slap on the wrist, a tiny fine like getting a parking ticket and no one was harmed! It was already settled look where he is today!

Fact: the complaint is against someone who doesn’t hold a position at Woodbrook Group.

Fact: the sec complaint was literally a Slap on the wrist and not consequential. There were no parties injured.

Fact: the person with the complaint has lead a successful business career since the complaint and has even been the subject of a times magazine cover article since...
