Actually, the only real indicators of dilution are found by looking at the daily trading log for 5 digit trades, T-trades, and "avg" trades... and in the Daily Short Report:

New shares coming to market (dilution) will show up there (in most cases)!

Nearly half of today's volume showed up there... hmmm...
