Pink current will take this to double zeros alone imo. It matters not that the outstanding is 7+billion. That's nothing inpinky land. U$MJ has 18+billion outstanding and is sitting at .0013. These dormant stocks move on almost anything.
Likely a bunch of wash trades today. If they truly start up pumping this again, they better be prepared to answer for why they PRed the last hype about having Priwen when that was not the case.
