A settlement would be considered for bungie only. This would be to strictly to drop the ptab situation. So even settling for peanuts with them is a massive win for shareholders. People are losing sight of the end goal here. That is to get all claims restored and move on to the actual district court case against ATVI...... Bungie has just been a large mosquito buzzing around our head and drawn a very large amount of blood from our case. Getting all claims restored is the main goal.. and I'm pretty sure they are crossing their fingers now that worlds will let them slide for minimal $$ getting any amount from them will only be a bonus at this point.
