Maybe I'm missing it but I don't see a factory as part of the deal.

In the stock acquisition of PRD Holdings Inc., Halitron, Inc. acquired the corporation which includes equipment, raw material, finished goods and the know-how within a very talented management team and employee base to produce goods with high quality at low costs. Halitron, Inc. acquired the stock of PRD Holdings Inc. for $150,000.
