OT: Its the program design. Schwab was never designed to trade penny stocks and its almost never that people buy a million shares of a stock over a buck. Each broker have their own problems. Scottrade has a problem with penny stocks. You can sell a stock and buy once but if you try to sell that stock in the same day it hangs up. Program problem. This only happens in a cash account. In a margin it works a little better. On line it doesn't transfer the available funds into your buying power. They are suppose to have that fixed by February 2007 in their new Detroit data center. We shall see.
