Actually it's grossly unfair to shareholders and unconscionable of management to not have even a modicum of funds available to properly process the BLA, let alone move along the trials at reasonable rate which obviously enhances value.
The lack of financing is stunningly indefensible. The data on hand and managements projection of $480 million in 2020 revenues should have filled the tank by now-
