Unregulated FINRA Market Maker has cowboy prices that change at the MM discretion by the split second, of course; as he has his OWN agenda to create volume & profit as well.

Ask was .10 cents quoted back at 11:30 AM.
( took 1 1/2 hours to transact fill. )
Executed fill was .03 cents for only 5 shares.
If it still says .004, it’s not been updated yet. Must say .03 cents if accurate! Probably after 4:30 PM will show.

Back up to 5% YSYB holdings again.
