Shareholders should not communicate questions to the CEO ( Petar ) but we should communicate that we want SLJB to be fully reporting - this saves us all time
If a CEO needs to meet with individual shareholders to answer questions - something is not right and means the company is not TRANSPARENT
Once the company is fully reporting, which I am assuming will be fairly quick after the audited financials are posted, all material and significant info should be posted via a PR with a followup 8k. To want anything else means to want uncertainty.
we have a blog
we have a Q&A forum
our problem is we have had to many informal communication methods ( blog, text messages, phone calls, IR firm,) which lead to one big uncertainty
CSHD is an example where the CEO is communicating one thing to the shareholders but something which is unacceptable to the SEC
FULLY REPORTING not the crap that has been going on thus far
