you know, based on required disclosures, etc. buying controlling interest one share at a time becomes obvious really quickly and essentially becomes a takeover bid. The market responds accordingly. So, no, it is not easier to buy anything on the open market, and this whole takeover by a pharmaceutical giant theory is beyond fantasy. It is delusion.
