You should contact the sites where the clinical trials are being run and let them know a fraud is being perpetrated on them. You owe it to those poor patients.
Amgen knows nothing of the sort. They clearly believed that NEO is a worthwhile construct. At least it’s former director of development did. Opinions vary, and there are many competing interests when a BP bets on a multitude of potential candidates. The point is, actual results are highly unlikely to have changed Amgen’s mind. It was something else, and you do not know what they are. You just assume the worst possible reason, without logic or evidence to support it.
