They don't normally put out PR's for every patent that they apply for makes more sense to PR one's you get awarded. I'd say these somewhat are building on some other patents they they already have. It's more good DD for us to see they are continuing to develop treatments, it also correlates with the statement below from the last PR:

"Other patent pending technologies: We continue to prosecute our patent applications with the USPTO."
