Actually the only thing that really matters is the float first and the A/S second ... the OS at a Bil. isn't that bad here in the OTC ... trade here much ?

riiiiiiight. So in English, we say its more bloated than the others which still would be incorrect because well, it isn't bloated. The rest of these companies/securities have over 2 billion-8 billion floats and do not carry a license and are still in the application process and contingent upon those. We have a 360 million float and if you read the sticky properly from the email last night, you would notice that 770 million are locked up for the merger which would mean once the transaction is finished, they cannot sell those until 1 year after the closing date. Tisk tisk tisk. You cant fool me and im not going to let someone else fool people that are new here and looking to really see great returns.
