I just wondering not many people on this board post more opinions since Bungie responed on 12/28/18. it seems so quiet to me. If I could see more people think positive on settlement talk , I feel more confidence.

So Bungie still hasn't filed their brief?

I think it is really interesting, but what does it actually mean?
I am sure there have been settlement talks along the way, but how close are those talks to being enacted?

We deny Petitioner’s request to
submit, and do not authorize the submission or filing of, the disputed draft
stipulations. We see no need to hold a conference call with the parties
regarding the disputed stipulations. To the extent that the disputed
stipulations reflect characterizations of record evidence, Petitioner will have
the opportunity to present those characterizations via argument in the
forthcoming briefing.

Bungie wanted to throw in info used during settlement talks, WDDD said hey now thats not fair, court said..you are right. Just noise till the brief is filed. Once that comes out, then there is something to discuss. I mean it is nice to now know for sure they have had settlement talks, not think, but know. Still do not think we will get any decision or action till March. 6 months. As I have stated several times.
SO I will wait for brief, then WDDD reply brief, and after that look to buy back in. Till then, just lawyers doing lawyer things.
