That's a well known fraudulent news site.

Summary:

“Prank” site that allows users to create their own fake news stories and share them on social media. The site is owned by Korry Scherer, who maintains a large number of similar sites.

I doubt RMHB has anything to do with this, although nothing is below those scum. It's just someone trolling.
