Every BK has been knowingly inept and full of errors, this strongly suggests that the parties are thoroughly aware of their improper handling and filing of BK paperwork to result in the planned outcome of another delay. There seems no other logical reason to submit obviously doomed packages to the courts. Since there's no apparent penalty for submitting bogus applications, the principal and his lawyers know that just handing in something will require a shut down of processes and delays to process his bk's as per the laws.
Laws that are to protect us all. But felons always find some way to circumvent the law for their own devices. They are within their rights to submit BK's and the courts look to the law not in a subjective way.
It's at what point is a pattern noticed and recorded and what mechanisms are in place to stop such abuse of the system.
And what of one party with so many delays in foreclosure forced with bogus BK filings and other schemes become enough is enough?
This isn't about his company nanusux any more, it's personal with the company as a side business. Tax evasion and fraud with the courts will take the principal down most likely. But they really should shut down the stock that's still supplying the income for the games to continue.

The principal claims someone else has the ntgl linkdin site and closed it down and then posted another linkdin ntgl site which is empty.
However, obviously caught in another fraudulent moment as the OP's link is still up and still says ntgl is out of business and the principal made a bogus new link to qualify his false post. The principal openly lies and gets 6 thumbs up. Go figure.
