If CBD is added to a food then the FDA does oversee it, and that includes beverages. They currently don’t oversee it when labeled as a supplement and sold by itself or when used in non food items.

We need to know how the FDA is going to deal with this issue before this stock can go anywhere, imo.

CBD oil, when produced from industrial hemp, is at or below .03 percent THC.
