The SEC will not act first. It goes to CCRSB, who are methodical and exacting. In the end, they sweep as many targets at once as possible, to ensure preservation of documentary evidence. OTC Link is decentralized, so the back-end investigation would be time-consuming. The Bureau's resources are stressed at this time; work happens, but is prioritized. There won't be a stop on the exchange until the DOJ is finished on background. No-one will hear anything until charges are filed. The SEC will then follow DOJ.
It's not a matter of a couple of phone calls/emails and then the Feds bust down the doors.
The FBI/DOJ will neither confirm nor deny the existence of any investigation regarding GOPH or its principals, agents, and promoters. That said, FBI were notified mid-2018. Regardless, if you have not knowingly committed a crime, you have nothing to worry about. If you know of one, but have not reported it, you would be well-served to do so. However, regarding the responsibleness of investing in this venture, the fact that hundreds of $millions changed hands over a short period of time - on virtually no audited financial information and leaving the Equity as relatively worthless afterward, as it was before - does not bode well. There are plenty of other "penny stock lottery tickets" out there (with real, verifiable products and services behind them), if that is your interest in this issue.
