Worthless spinoff. USMJ finally disclose (admitted) there are 0 restaurants in its subsidiary.

But it is valued at $1 million, which will need to be removed from USMJ market cap. Not looking good for USMJ investors....get a worthless dividend and have to pay taxes on it, yet the spinoff has 0 restaurants....LOL
