Sandy and Mike are supposed to own the other 80% of TFN, the private company. But it seems that BKMP funds all of TFN. Is there any incentive for S and M to return value to BKMP? of course it isn't fair to completely fund from stock to private and then not return value, but what says they have to? If we know that they have a vested interest in getting value from BKMP stock now that TFN has received the funding from stock, such as they still hold tons of stock and plan to make their fortune on stock in the future, then BKMP will be valuable. But if we have been used and thrown out, then we will lose. Pinky, doesn't have to tell....
