The irony of it is that it took well over a year to get FINRA to authorise the ticker change just to then have the CEO finally decide "Oh gee guys, I think it would be a good idea to merge the two companies together."

Now whoever buys the shell will need to go through that long drawn out process with FINRA all over again!
