Totally explains why there is no ex dividend date. They don't even know when it's going to be because NOUV isn't current. So this idea of lying to shareholders that the spin off will occur sooner than expected is total BS. So I'm starting to see why stop signs and CEs are all over the place. These people are flat out lying now. And if you look at the timing of all the Kaly, Nouv hype it was right before farm bill signing. I'm starting to have my doubts unfortunately as these being legit companies but I will take all the money they want to give me by pumping.
