The loans from directors are a sign of desperation though.....keeping the lights on is all that they can do at this point.

It could be considered a positive anybody would invest anything in this company, JB only invested time in writing bogus press releases to lure in naive investors, and its still working apparently, newbies seem to pop up like weeds for this dud but like most weeds, they die out quickly.
