Which is weird, they updated the OS and based on rule 144 they cannot convert or sell restricted shares while non reporting but we've had cfgn and cross and t trades.
Haven't seen this before, usually you can easily place dilution but by all accounts that's not possible.
That's why I asked the question and speculated could it be shorts really caught in bad spot. There is not a ton of volume, however there has been steady large bid support in low 4s high 3s. Is cfgn helping MMs cover, could indicate potential for massive short squeeze
