I have hurdles in my life I have to deal with or I will get fired from my job. My boss pays me to provide a service. Period. You and I (assuming you are invested in Namaste)pay everyone at NXTTF to provide a service and that is to provide a reasonable rate of return.
It is no different than showing up late to work 12 times in a row. It doesn't matter the reason. Being late or not performing. Both are going to get you fired.
You can either do the job or you can't. But don't pretend to be able to do the job at the expense of the shareholders (you and I). That would show lack of character.
If he can't do the job (for whatever reason) do what is the best for shareholders and the business and step aside and let someone who can run it makes us, and quite frankly Sean, a boatload of money.
