Thank you Gopherdat and Tiredofbanks for helping translate the Prospectus and its business-speak into semi-plain English. I read the prospectus, too, saw the numbers and names you wrote about. But I couldn't positively say there wasn't a sleight-of-hand thing going on between the different business names and the HS product, especially with the "Targetco" name. Perhaps the pros who read prospectuses all day long are used to such circle-think. But I began to wonder if the "great HS story" had somehow gotten separated from one of the LEX company names which could siphon off the HS rights. After all, it's the HS rights we want to own. But if there's no question that all of LEX's business names are the same group, then that's great.
So, I sincerely appreciate your time for reading and translating. I feel more trusting since neither of you seem concerned.
