What you think is "MM's Working the HEMP thang!" is actually investors and traders sending orders to the market participant who simply publishes them verbatim.
It's the traders and investors who are "working" the MP.
If I submit an order to buy 10,000 shares of HEMP to TDAmeritrade and the order is routed to CANT, who then displays it, then CANT isn't "working" HEMP. I am.
Then if you place an order on the opposite side of the trade for 10K shares of HEMP and it's routed to CDEL, you're "working" CDEL.
If the prices match, then my money is transferred to you, while your shares are transferred to me.
