Until the FDA separates CBD from THC and also openly allow the usage as food additives and in beverages, the FDA must pre approve everything. BUT if there are no health claims, all is good and the BIG guys are ready to chomp on guys like NBEV, having everything turnkey.

We will be over $.50 in no time. :)
