Leo was the master of deception pumping up the pipeline. Most understand the risk investing in biotech, but Leo made every PR appear to be greater than substance provided. Fancy terms like billions, Otezla compare, no side-effects, geniuses, significant revenues and on and on... Meanwhile, he sold us bunch of crap while cashing those hefty checks

A fine eulogy. RIP Pruisol. If only people had the same system as mice....

“Mice treated with Prurisol showed no reoccurrence of psoriatic lesions during the experiment, whereas animals treated with MTX showed a median reoccurrence of lesions by the 57th day.”

I wonder when or if we get details on what happened. Investing in the bio realm for over a decade I’ve noticed a common theme.....if something fails it just disappears.

What happens if 200mg is the money spot and 300-400 did not have the same effect? I’ve reached out to Leo but I’m sure I’ll get nothing on this.

I wonder if P was the deciding factor for DR Ms departure. K —- his other baby has oral final tox studies and then it could be go time and he was no longer needed.

Leo - give us a good update on Monday please.

KFC, fwiw, if IPIX is successful with some B applications (sales) then I think the IPIX comment about further reviewing the data is relevant. With such a huge market and the potentially serious side effects of the immunologics there is room for a modestly effective, low side effect P. And given that a P derivate was once, actually still is, an HIV medicine shows it can have powerful effects in a cell. And besides, mice like it too.
