Yea, That overview has sold a lot of stock over the last decade.
When they run out, they do a RS and get almost all the shares back.
They should claim to buy a bag company, as they have created more bag holders than any other company on the OTC i have followed!

The company has wholly owned subsidiaries which include Jose Madrid Salsa and PopsyCakes plus a Licensing agreement with Christopher Street Products. UPZS
