Look at the financials....they have been quietly growing their equity this year...almost 2M back into the business all while reducing about the same in debt...they are using the debt to offset the carry forward loss and prop up the balance sheet equation ...as the equity increases the debt decreases...that’s why you can find it humorous when people yell dilution...more assets mean more capital or more debt...if that note is removed we need a huge credit to equity to hold up the assets.
