Announcing they're looking to raise $4M through a stock transaction when the stock is at a lousy penny, is not a smart move. Spells dilution.

Stepping Barnett up is a decent move. We'll see over the next week or so how the market reacts. Not expecting much till the trials are in progress and we start seeing some press.

Actually, Head will not make less than $275K, and also has a stipulation that he will not make less than he did in the previous year (check out the last 10-Q). And don't forget Kucharchuk's $200K as well.
