True that ATM offering is complete but that was just 1 of 9 in 12 months.. if you read there are Millions, and million of Warrants and Notes that will Mature from January 2019 through 2022. At least 1.2 Billion shares in 3 years it will mature. Bottom line - PURE DILUTION IN THE NEXT 36 Months
