NO Scam here Steve just got the cart before the horse from being over enthused with all that was happening, he owned up and has been correcting every little mistake a step at a time.

Pinks only need to be audited when they want to uplist. Everything SB has done is well within SEC guidelines for OTC companies. Why do people continually feel the need to express their misbegotten feelings that this is a scam because it not audited? That’s BS and you know it.
