By the looks of things and their last PR, they are most likely still in the research and Development phase of this technology concept. To Date, this remains a Concept ONLY. The investment community (Other then the few speculators who have lost their shirt), do not usually invest in a theory. What we do know is that the Dumping will continue into the new year.
