No point in focusing on the 36.6%, but we should ask questions about the other AR that are due now or soon - will this be paid on time?

I fear that there is some gentleman's agreement between Solomon and the TRW-partners, or some fine print in the carve-out agreement, which states that TRW will not repay SIAF until the pre-IPO, the TRW-loan or some other thing that will not happen soon. Pure speculation of course.
