YN2 - That news release provided false information about the Canadian Cannabis market. ADHC stated: "We are targeting growing operations as acquisition candidates particularly in Canada where there are no government restrictions". Please know that there are huge government restrictions on who is licensed to grow and who is licensed to sell Cannabis in Canada. There are only a small number of companies who control the legal market and ADHC could not even get through their front door.
Aside from the fact that ADHC could never afford the acquisition, they have nothing to offer any Canadian Cannabis farmer. The only thing relevant now to growers is access to the shelf space in the brick and mortar retail locations that will be opening in the future. That is where the next wave of winners and losers will be decided.
