The last 4 quarters they added 35M shares to the O/S. 20M last quarter. Lets hope they needed beer money :) Go Sipp

This is what happened. On November 1, 2018 the Company issued 20,000,000 shares of its Common stock as a payment of $4,000 against its outstanding convertible debt.
