FWIW (which is nothing, mind you), I don't think that Jan enjoys turning to toxic financing. I think that he is left with no choice. Recent events (being unable to secure bridge financing as of yet, the lack of revenue from farming) have left him with little option if he wants to keep the doors open. In that, I feel for Jan. Unfortunately, I cannot abide how this has been communicated to the shareholders that have stuck by him for years.
