The equity cannot remain post-bankruptcy unless ALL the classes in front of them are fully satisfied.

We already know that the debtors and creditors of BIOAQ are NOT being fully satisfied in any way, and there is zero chance of that happening now.

Which means at the conclusion of the bankruptcy the common shares WILL be cancelled. Guaranteed.
