Everybody is here to discuss NOUV shares.

If one is long NOUV commons and PURA shareholders are going to literally destroy the underlying equity, then it seems prudent to stand outside of this, Let It Drop as they convert and then maybe get back in at some point after the New Year. It's obvious that this is going to happen within the first couple of weeks of the new year as that press release indicated
