I don’t understand why we would need a RS? Pfizer has billions OS?

If we get a deal, there is no reason especially if it’s in the 10’s of millions upfront with hundreds of millions in milestones.

People are writing off Kevetrin...however, if the pill form is successful, we could potentially have the most valuable cancer drug in history. Cancer medicine alone is almost a 100 billion yearly market.

Let’s just figure out who can help us get BOM to market and fast. The rest will fall in place. IMO.

Been there done that, 40 to 1 RS,(to remain listed on the NASDAQ) stock came out at over $2.40 per share, 1 yr later, now selling for .14. Those who are pushing for RS are the same ones who killed the stock and want a reset so they can do it again. JMO of course.

Very valid scenarios - I will add one speculation - SP goes to 5 cents - Leo ropes in some MFO and takes co private - no need to uplist and worry about being answerable to SH

Stop with the RS. It is not happening. Not an important issue. We need funding to continue operations. Bottom line. The rest is just noise.
