It's not good news and it's pretty much in layman's terms, too. You don't need an accountant or lawyer to translate it. They settled a lawsuit, DRUS has to pay and they removed any claims they had against P Ferro after an investigation of misappropriation of trade secrets. So DRUS' claims were baseless in the court of law and they had to pay after all.
Who knows how much they will pay or how they will pay since they left that little tidbit out.
Not sure how anyone can spin this as good news. GLTA!
