I am telling after form 4 is filled. I am not sure what they include in that form. I am thinking, the Buy back shares could be mentioned in the form to retire them.
As per my guess, the Total Float would be 188 millions after form4 filled.
Here is my Calc:
Outstanding shares: 1250 millions (1.25 billions).
The buyback PR matches and explains the 740M volume April 18th.
Restricted shares 325 millions.
1250M (total OS) - (740M (buy back (not sure how many of them, they did buyback) + 325M restricted) = 188M
Ludicrous for a company like Woodbrook? $2 B AUM looking to do $22 B end of 2019? This is at .02 because the powers to be want it here. Surely I’m not the only person that’s noticed how ridiculously thin L2 is now? L2 looks more like a stock with 100-300 mil float. This joker is locked tight AF.
