Thanks b9 - you hit it right. I think I've been pretty fair in posting here. I admittedly haven't put a lot of work into it, because it is a small position.
You have these characters who lose money and then piss, whine and moan. Nobody really cares about my losses here or theirs. I prefer to look forward. These guys prefer to state what has happened.
Legitimate issues I have no problem with. I mentioned from my first posts the issues of dilution and my own strategies and opinions.
These 2 claim their opinions are facts. Admittedly, the chart indicates management doesn't have a clue in terms of stabilizing a share price or building a strong shareholder base.
However, I've seen this type of thing turn around. I've made some of my biggest gains buying turn around plays that looked terrible and which were attacked by moronic generic bashers. I originally bought in LFWK at .007 and watched it tank to .002 in the fact of similar bashing. I loaded up at .002, often being the only buyer on light volume days. Since that time it's come down from the high, but it's still a 50 bagger for those of us who took the shot. A big reason was that management claimed to be keeping the float tight and that it was in control of its o/s. Perhaps, LYJN can learn something.
Again, just so the bashers here don't mis-state my posts. I'm buying, averaging down, but NOT recommending others do the same until they acknowledge and confirm that they are keeping the chapital structure stable. No way I make this a big position until I see definitive confirmation here.
These 2 are no more than the ancient harpies proclaiming that a stock that has gone down has been a bad play. The real question is "Where do you go from here?" You don't make money posting the obvious negatives. In pink penny world, you look for opportunities and diversify.
